My writing projects will take you to the Rocky Mountains and to the city streets of the homeless. To help you stay warm, I am serving virtual hot tea. Care for some lemon and sugar? Perhaps cream?

Liz Tomlinās shortcut home through the alley after school introduces her to homeless girls her age. She shares food and chats for the ten minutes they stay. It was a way to help the less fortunate and made her feel good.
On her walk home one day, though, Liz listens to a frantic voice mail from her mother. Someone was trying to kill her parents. Tires squealed in the background. Her father yelled to her mom to destroy the chip in the phone to protect Liz. Momās last words were, āTrust no one.ā
Desperately wanting to save her parents, she searches her home for clues and finds one torn news clipping on dadās desk. She is forced to flee when suspicious men appear at the door. There are no extended family members to contact and she refuses to suck her friends into the danger.

We have many readers join us who enjoy Christian historical fiction. I'm so glad you've joined us. I too, ventured to the top of a publishing house with a YA bookā¦.and wasn't chosen because they had just contracted a similar book. I totally understand. Don't let this stop you. Bumps in a road are not roadblocks. I'll be your cheerleader!
I am honored.
