One wonderful year of talking with you.
Reading your comments is one of my favorite times of the day.
God has blessed.
During this year my website had an upgrade in appearance and the Fabulous Friday Feature added.
The Fabulous Fridays are not limited to authors. As you have seen, the theme is: sharing how God has led on a journey. We've read some fantastic adventures, haven't we? If you've missed any, or would like to reread one, click on the tab at the top "Fabulous Past Guest's Testimonies." The list is in alphabetical order by last name.
On Monday and Wednesdays I post other discussion starters. Topics have included: what we learn in church, what we see in nature, current events, book and movie reviews, anything that can start a discussion with you.

And now, sit back and enjoy our chat. Here, have some virtual sweet tea or freshly brewed coffee.
We also have tasty virtual chocolate, scones, and pastries, all calorie free.
To complete the celebration, I must offer a book giveaway. I have several books sitting on my shelf, waiting to give one to one of you. (sorry US residents only)
To be entered the Let's Talk One Year Anniversary Book Giveaway (Christian fiction)
1. Become a follower if you aren't already, (click the blue "Follow this blog" button in the right column and follow the instructions.)
2. Leave a comment.
The winner will be announced Wednesday on my Facebook Page. I will then give the winner a list of five books to choose their one winning book from. And, if possible, I will contact the author, to see if a book plate can be sent to the winner as well.
So friends, let's talk. Here are some ideas:
How has your summer been?
How has God blessed you this week?
What goal do you have for this new month?
Where would you love to go on vacation?

God blessed me last night to listen to testimonies from a mission trip some in my church went on. God continues His awesome work here on earth with current day "loaves and fishes" type situations. He expands provisions to meet the needs for believers who serve as the heart, hands and feet of Jesus. He is doing wonderful things every day all over this earth. Media never reports this kind of news, but people coming back from mission trips have the good news that counters all the bad news in the world.
Thank you for what you are doing here, Mary. Your words and work are another blessing in my life.
Have a great week!
Janice
So glad you stopped by and celebrated with me, Janice.
I always love seeing you stop at my website door for a chat. Looking forward to hosting your book release soon!!
Relocating can be stimulating, but a lot of work. I hope this is a good move for you and that you will meet many wonderful new friends.
Enjoy the books you manage to squeeze in during your free time.
Did you try one of the virtual pastries? Be sure to grab one, they're delicious.
As with my other friends and visitors who stop by here, I am honored you chose to stop by. Your blogs sound fun as well, and I can't wait to host your new release to let others see your writing ministry. The character driven blog sounds fun!
Some days it seems an idea won't come for a post and then POOF, 500 ideas burst, fighting to be the one chosen!!
Looking forward to seeing you again.

Friendships like yours is a treasure to my heart.
How nice that your kids are coming come. I too have two kids who came home and both looking for summer jobs. There aren't many in my area.
Blessings on your summer.
My parents lived in PA near the Amish for a time. While there my parents never bought cheese in the store. Instead they drove farther to the Amish food stand and bought it there. One time when i visited my parents, they took me to the Amish store. It was in a barn! So awesome.
Loved chatting with you today, Barb.
So nice to see you today!
Now trying to rid our yard of raccoons who are stealing our pet food. My dog died. So hope Fall is better.
Hoping the rest of your summer is MUCH better.
